Hot-Dip Galvanized Rectangular Elliptical Finned Tubes feature punched rectangular fins attached to an elliptical core tube. Hot-dip galvanizing creates a tight metallic bond between the core tube and the fins, making them difficult to remove and offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Manufactured using an automated high-speed punching machine and a stringing process, the fins maintain a stable pitch. The finned tubes are hot-dip galvanized throughout, creating a uniform zinc coating with a thickness of at least 0.06mm. This creates a secure bond between the tube and fins, resulting in efficient heat transfer and minimal air resistance. Compared to round tubes of the same cross-section, the heat transfer coefficient can be increased by approximately 25% and air resistance can be reduced by approximately 15-25%.

Elliptical string finned tubes are a type of heat exchanger tube bundle commonly used in various industrial applications and heating or cooling systems. Their design provides efficient heat transfer and a large heat transfer surface area, making them suitable for applications requiring high heat exchange.
