I. Extruded Finned Tubes: 15 rolling mills for composite finned tubes, daily production capacity 10,000 meters
Extruded finned tubes, also known as bimetallic rolled finned tubes (code DR), are corrosion-resistant tubes, completely overcoming the shortcomings of L-shaped wound tubes. The inner and outer tubes of bimetallic rolled tubes can be made of different materials. The inner tube is selected based on the corrosion conditions and pressure of the hot fluid, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and brass. The outer tube can be made of metals with good ductility, strong resistance to atmospheric corrosion, and good heat transfer properties, generally aluminum and copper. Through rolling, the inner and outer tubes can be completely and tightly bonded together.
Besides being used for tubes containing highly corrosive fluids, bimetallic rolled tubes can also be used in wet air coolers to resist corrosion on the outer surface of the tube. Advantages include good corrosion resistance, long service life, high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure drop, high fin integrity and rigidity, and the fins are sturdy and not easily deformed, allowing for high-pressure water cleaning.
