L LL KL G Type Embedded Finned Tube Machine is a specialized piece of equipment for processing G-type finned tubes. It is mainly used to process spiral grooves on the surface of steel tubes and embed aluminum fins, fusing the fins to the steel tube through a high-frequency welding process.

Core Functions
This equipment achieves efficient heat energy conversion and increased heat dissipation area through intelligent design, suitable for petrochemical, waste heat recovery, power plant boiler, and other fields.

1. Embedding Depth and Stability

1.1 Pull-out Force Test: Pull-out force must be greater than 8KG, or the aluminum strip must tear.

1.2 Embedding Depth: Range is 0.35~0.5, the specific value needs to be determined according to the furnace tube wall thickness.

1.3 Embedding Stability: A pull-out force test sample must be made for the first piece per shift, and all samples must meet the requirements of 1.1.

1.4 Embedded Tube Material: Stainless steel or carbon steel, tube wall thickness not less than 2mm.

1.5 Embedded Tube Diameter: Under British and American standards, the diameter range is DN20~38.

1.6 Tube Surface After Embedding: No cracks or fissures should be visible to the naked eye.

1.7 Embedded Fin Height: Calculated based on the tube diameter, generally half the tube diameter, but must be controlled within 57 (plus or minus a certain value).

2. Product Dimensional Accuracy

2.1 Overall Length of Fin Segment: Tolerance range -5mm to +5mm; Segment Movement Accuracy -0.3mm to +0.4mm.

2.2 Fin Spacing: Tolerance must be at least +0.21mm.

2.3 Perpendicularity of Fin and Steel Tube: Tolerance range -1 degree to +1 degree.

2.4 Embedding Flatness: Tolerance range -0.1mm to +0.1mm (excluding height differences caused by fin thickness tolerances).

2.5 Embedding Height Difference: Tolerance range -0.1mm to +0.1mm (excluding height differences caused by fin dimensional tolerances).

2.6 Length Consistency: Under the same steel tube material, fin spacing, and number of fins, the length variation after embedding different finned tubes must be consistent.

3. Embedding Speed

The outer diameter of the base tube ranges from 20 to 50 mm. The embedding speed needs to be determined based on the tube diameter and the spacing between the plates.
