What is LL fin tube?
Double L-shaped fin tube (LL fin tube) is a heat exchange element that enhances heat dissipation efficiency by winding or rolling L-shaped fins on the surface of the base tube. It is often used in industrial heat dissipation scenarios.

LL fin tube precautions
Poor water quality may cause corrosion of the internal steel pipe, and scale needs to be cleaned regularly (such as cleaning with vinegar). Its maximum operating temperature can reach 170°C, but it is not suitable for environments with large vibrations or strong thermal shock.

LL type finned tube, the tube is steel tube or stainless steel tube, the fin material is aluminum, the working temperature can reach 180 degrees, with the characteristics of close contact between tubes, stable sheet spacing, no wrinkles, not easy to accumulate dust, good vibration resistance, and protection of tubes from air erosion.
LL type finned tube radiator is a radiator equipment for heat dissipation and heating, which is welded by base tube, LL type finned tube and frame. LL type finned tube radiator is a common radiator material. LL type finned tube radiator has high flexibility. At present, LL type finned tube radiator has been used in power plants, workshops, drying rooms, greenhouses and other fields.
LL type finned tube radiator generally uses water as the heat carrier, and the water quality is different in different regions. If the water quality is poor, the impurities in the water and the substances in the oxygen will combine with the dirt of calcium oxide, and the dirt formed will corrode the steel pipe in the tube, forming a certain resistance to the flow of heat.
After the dirt of LL type finned tube radiator is formed, we need to take some measures to remove the dirt and reduce the thermal resistance. In order to remove dirt like calcium oxide, we can use vinegar to treat it. Pour a certain amount of vinegar into the tube, and the dirt will be taken out by the flow of vinegar. We rinse it with clean water.
The LL-type finned tube is made of spiral or winding steel strips, and then the finned tube is connected and fixed to the radiator by welding, which increases the heat dissipation area of the finned tube radiator and improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator, which can meet the heat demand of large indoor areas and large heat dissipation places.
According to the different shapes and forms of the finned tube cross-section, the LL-type finned tube radiator can be divided into I-type, L-type, LL-type and KLM-type. Each has a high heat dissipation efficiency and can freely dissipate heat to the room at 20,000m2, thereby increasing the indoor temperature.
The LL-type finned tube radiator has a compact structure.
