  1. Forming Method: Aluminum strip is spirally wound onto the base tube (carbon steel/stainless steel) at room temperature using mechanical tension, forming an L-shaped crimped root for mechanical fixation.
  2. Contact Design: Wrapping tension determines tube-fin bonding strength. Insufficient tension increases contact thermal resistance (high-quality products: ≤0.01 m²·K/W).

Technical Limitation: Dramatically increased contact thermal resistance at high temperatures; gradually being replaced by rolled/grooved or high-frequency welded finned tubes.
