Fin Tube Radiator

Fin tube radiator is used in equipment in various fields such as textile, printing and dyeing, petroleum, chemical industry, drying, electricity, etc.

Fin tube radiator is the most widely used heat exchange equipment in gas and liquid heat exchangers. It achieves the purpose of enhancing heat transfer by adding fins to ordinary base tubes. The base tube can be made of steel tube; stainless steel tube; copper tube, etc. The fins can also be made of steel strip; stainless steel strip, copper strip, aluminum strip, etc.

Use of finned tube radiator

The most widely used finned tube radiator is steel-aluminum fin tube (wound steel-aluminum composite fin tube, rolled steel-aluminum composite fin tube). It utilizes the pressure resistance of steel tube and the efficient thermal conductivity of aluminum, and is compounded on a special machine tool. Its contact thermal resistance is almost zero under the working condition of 210℃.

Steel-aluminum composite fin tube radiator has irreplaceable advantages over other types of fin tube radiators.

Finned tube radiator is generally used for heating or cooling air, with compact structure and large unit heat exchange area. It is widely used in textile, printing and dyeing, petroleum, chemical, drying, electric power and other fields.
