What is KLM Finned Tube?
KLM Finned Tube, also known as knurled L-fin tube and KL-type fin tube, features knurled outer surfaces on the base tube. After wrapping, the base of the L-shaped aluminum fins undergoes a secondary rolling process to strengthen contact between the tube and the fins. This increases the contact area by approximately 50%, reduces contact thermal resistance, and improves heat transfer performance. It can withstand repeated hot and cold cycles without loosening.
