Air-Temperature Vaporizer

Air-temperature vaporizers (also known as air-bath vaporizers or natural absorption vaporizers) are energy-saving devices that use ambient air as a heat source to vaporize cryogenic liquids such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). They are widely used in gas supply and industrial gas processing.

This device utilizes rust-proof aluminum alloy star-shaped finned tubes as its core heat exchange structure, absorbing heat through natural convection, vaporizing liquid gas without requiring additional energy. Technical optimizations such as built-in spiral guide strips and a stainless steel wick improve heat transfer efficiency by 50%-200% compared to traditional designs.

The product includes a vaporization section, a superheating section, and a safety pressure regulating system. Operating pressures range from 0.6 to 30 MPa, a single unit can achieve a vaporization rate of up to 8,000 Nm³/h, and multiple units can be connected in parallel to expand production capacity. Its performance is significantly affected by ambient temperature, and a backup system is required to ensure stable operation in low-temperature environments.
